      <image:title>ABOUT. - ABOUT ME:</image:title>
<image:caption>I've been involved with sport for as long as I can remember. Growing up as a runner I found a love of competing at the highest level which has never left me. I started racing triathlons in 2013 and found a love for the lifestyle that the sport gives me. I get to work hard everyday while doing what I love and traveling the world. I’m fiercely independent, really love riding bikes, obsessed with my dog - Ruby and always find the need to fix anything I see that’s broken. When I hear a new song I like it’ll be on repeat for days. I consume dozens of podcasts every week covering a wide range of topics. I’m good at spending time on my own. I relish being in the middle of nowhere surrounded by breathtaking views and find joy in the natural beauty of the world. I take time to stop and admire the view.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Race up and down a mountain they said. It’ll be fun. It really was. I didn’t realise races like this were ‘a thing’. The route was spectacular. It was beautiful, extreme and gave me some good memories. Couldn’t walk properly for a week after though.</image:caption>

<image:caption>A beautiful part of the world full of ski jumps and trees. The race starts in the late afternoon and makes the most of the long summer days. I took the lead half way through the bike leg and never looked back. My mum came to support and I met some people I now count as friends. So that’s cool.</image:caption>

      <image:title>RACE.RESULTS. - 2019 PAYS D'AIX. 3RD - LEARNING CURVE.</image:title>
<image:caption>My first race of the year and I was rusty. I made some silly mistakes which cost me a lot. I led out the (freezing) swim, then an upside down number incurred a time penalty and I ended up losing out to second place by a mere 15 seconds. Frustrating but sometimes you need a kick up the bum to make you concentrate on the little things.</image:caption>

      <image:title>RACE.RESULTS. - 2019.WTS EDMONTON RELAY.2ND - WORLD SERIES RELAY</image:title>
<image:caption>A last minute trip from an altitude camp in St. Moritz all the way over the Edmonton, Canada. My bike was lost in transit and never arrived, so I raced on a borrowed bike with a borrowed helmet and the only bike shoes I could find in my size in the entire city. Not the best set up but you’ve got to adapt and our team earned a World Series silver medal. So probably worth it. My bike meanwhile was sent to Edmonton via Singapore and finally back to Zurich where I intercepted it in time to take it back up the mountains to St. Moritz for the rest of camp.</image:caption>

      <image:title>RACE.RESULTS. - 2016.CAGLIARI WORLD CUP - 2016 CAGLIARI WORLD CUP</image:title>
<image:caption>My first international win. It was a bike course made for me on a wet and miserable day. I broke away on the bike and headed onto the run with a 40 second gap and stayed away for the win. It was a day where I realised I could race with the best in the world, that was a cool feeling.</image:caption>
